Privacy Policy for OzilGoal

Introduction

OzilGoal (ozilgoal.org) turns one photo into a short AI football video. You upload a photo of the person who scores, and optionally a second photo of a friend who plays the goalkeeper, and the service returns a 5 or 10 second vertical clip in which the scorer rounds the keeper, waits on the goal line while two defenders slide past, and taps the ball into the empty net. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.

OzilGoal is run by the same operator as Ricebowl AI (ricebowl.ai) and uses the same account system, credit balance, and billing, so information you give us on either site is held in the same account and handled under the practices described here.

Information Collection and Use

We collect the following types of data to provide the service:

1. Account Information

   • What We Collect: Your email address, display name, and anything else you enter when creating an account or signing in.
   • Purpose: To run your account, answer support requests, and deliver the videos you generate.

2. Uploaded Photo and Video Settings

   • What We Collect: The one or two photos you upload for each video, and the choices you make before generating: the look (your own clothes, one of three plain kits, a park pitch, or a beach) and the video length.
   • Purpose: To produce the video you asked for. Who else processes this data is set out in “AI Processing and Third-Party Model Provider” below.

3. Usage Details

   • What We Collect: How often you generate, which options you choose, and how many credits you spend.
   • Purpose: To see which parts of the product work and to keep capacity ahead of demand.

4. Device Information

   • What We Collect: Device type, operating system, browser, and IP address.
   • Purpose: To render the site correctly on your device and to investigate technical faults.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

   • What We Collect: Small files stored on your device that hold your session and your interface preferences.
   • Purpose: To keep you signed in and to remember settings between visits.

6. Payment and Billing Information

   • What We Collect: Payment method details, billing address, and transaction records for credit purchases. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
   • Purpose: To take payment for credits and to keep the transaction records the law requires.

Photos of Other People

You can upload a photo of yourself and, as the goalkeeper, a photo of a friend. When a photo shows someone other than you, you are giving us that person’s image, and you must have their permission before you do so, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. If you appear in a video someone else made here without your consent, write to us at the address below and we will review it.

AI Processing and Third-Party Model Provider

OzilGoal does not train or run its own video model. Every video on this site is generated by MiniMax H3, a video model provided by MiniMax. When you press generate:

• Your uploaded photos and your settings, together with a scene description written by us, are sent to MiniMax, through an API access partner that relays the request to MiniMax without changing it.
• This means your photo leaves our systems and is processed by MiniMax under its own privacy and data-handling practices, subject to data processing agreements.
• The crowd sound in each video is generated by the model. You cannot upload audio, and we do not collect any audio from you.
• Generated videos are stored on our servers so you can download them, and may be cached to make delivery faster.
• Videos made on a subscription stay private unless you share them. Videos made without a subscription may appear in the public Explore feed, so do not upload photos you would not want others to see.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MiniMax, Mesut Özil, Arsenal, Ludogorets, UEFA, or any football club or competition.

Data Storage and Security

Your data sits on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. The measures in place include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Payment processing handled by an established payment provider rather than by us
• Monitoring and periodic security review
• Access controls and authentication on internal systems

No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• To meet a legal obligation or to answer a lawful request from a public authority
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or of people shown in uploaded photos
• With service providers who help us run the platform, under confidentiality agreements
• With MiniMax and the API access partner described above, who process your generation requests under data processing agreements

Generated Content Rights

• Videos you generate here come with full commercial usage rights.
• You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
• You may post, edit, and share your generated videos with no extra licence fee from us.
• We claim no ownership of your generated videos.

MiniMax’s own usage policy still applies to what you generate, and some subject matter is restricted by that policy independently of this one.

Credit System and Billing

• The service runs on credits, which you buy and spend on videos. Your credit balance belongs to your shared account, so credits bought on either site can be spent on either site.
• Credit validity follows the plan terms shown at checkout. Subscription credits belong to the billing period they were issued in; one-time packs stay valid for the pack validity period stated at purchase.
• Billing is processed by our payment partner.
• We keep records of credit purchases and usage for account management and accounting.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:

• Account information stays while your account is active.
• Uploaded photos and generated videos may be cached for up to 30 days for delivery performance. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Usage analytics are anonymised and may be kept to guide product decisions.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including photos you uploaded and videos you generated. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. Because your account is shared, a deletion request covers both sites. Write to the address below and we will answer within the period applicable law allows.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Updates are published on this page with a new effective date, and take effect when published. Check back from time to time.
